The refrigerator factory is a home appliance enterprise specializing in the research, development and production of large refrigerators and freezers. It provides professional ODM services for refrigerator franchiser and distributors . At present, it has three large refrigerator automatic production lines with an annual capacity of 1 million units.
The company covers an area of 23,500m², including production plants, warehouses and auxiliary houses. There are three workshops. Each workshop is divided into upper and lower floors. Each floor is 150m in length and width and 8m in height. The total area of the workshop is 135,000m², the warehouse area is 10,000m² and the auxiliary room is 2,000m².

2. The factory has high production demand and many employees. In order to improve work efficiency, it is equipped with central air conditioning, but the cooling effect is not significant, and the cost of central air conditioning is high and expensive.

1. The refrigerator factory finally chose to install 24 sets of Vanse Eagle industrial ceiling fan with the diameter of 24ft , which were installed in the back plate forming workshop, box foaming workshop and machine testing workshop respectively.
2. Vanse large industrial fan stirs and diffuses the hot air gathered in the plant through the slow rotation of the large-diameter fan. The huge and soothing air flow brought by the fan can take away the heat accumulated on the employee's body surface and evaporate the sweat, reducing the effective temperature by 41-44.6 °F with work efficiency being improved.
3. The large industrial ceiling fan is used in the air-conditioning environment, which can spread the cold air in the plant to all corners, which means that the air-conditioning can be set higher than before, which can reduce energy waste by 20%, save operation cost.
