SAIC Maxus Automobile Co., Ltd. a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited, was established on March 21, 2011 with a registered capital of 3.794 billion Yuan. The project is entrusted by SAIC Maxus to design the fan layout for its production base in order to solve the problem of ventilation and cooling inside the workshop.

1. The four process workshops are all made of spiral ball mesh steel structure. There is no ventilation and exhaust facilities inside. It covers a wide area with a large space.The workshop is too hot to stay in summer. The stamping and welding of machines will release much heat. The employees are surrounded by hot airflow, sweating a lot, unable to work normally, causing accidents and low production efficiency.
2. The foaming defoamer freon used in automobile plastic castings, lead  coatings and paint solvents used in automobile coating contain a large amount of irritant and harmful gases, which will endanger the health of employees if inhaled.

1. The production base of SAIC Maxus has four process workshops, including stamping, welding, coating and final assembly. According to the field survey and measurement of the staff, a total of 61 sets of large industrial fans are finally installed.
2. The large industrial fan is installed in the area where employees operate the machine to realize spot cooling. The wind with the speed of 1m/s to 3m/s can increase cooling of employees. It can reduce the temperature by 39.2°F to 42.8°F through air circulation and dispersion.
3. The large industrial fans increase the air circulation in the workshop. The fan forming a conical air flow to circulate downward, which improves the air quality in the working area of the coating workshop.
