The glass company  is a daily-use glass product manufacturing enterprise integrating design and development, production and manufacturing, product deep processing, sales and service of glass bottle and can products and equipment. It has 3 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 1 glass forming machinery equipment company, with an annual production capacity of 450,000 tons. The company occupies a total area of 800,000 square meters acres and has more than 24,000 square meters of standard storage warehouses. 1. Glass is made of quartz sand, soda ash, feldspar and limestone, etc. , after mixing, high temperature melting, homogenization, processing and forming, and then annealing. After the glass is annealed and initially cooled, it is moved to the warehouse for natural cooling, and the cooling time is generally more than 24 hours.
2. When the glass is naturally cooled, a large amount of heat is emitted, which keeps the glass factory warehouse under high temperature all the year round. In the high temperature environment, the amount of perspiration of employees will greatly increase, the salt will be lost, and symptoms such as weakness, chest tightness, shortness of breath, etc. will increase the burden on the heart and affect employees. Good health and reduced work efficiency.

1. The glass factory has 2 warehouses , each warehouse is about 12,000 square meters, 8 sets of 7.3 meter-diameter eagle large industrial fans are installed, total 16 sets eagle hvls large industrial fan are installed.
2. Vanse large industrial fans cool glass plant personnel while speeding up glass annealing. When starting, the continuous airflow is generated by the slow rotation of the huge 7.3M fan blade.
3. The airflow pushes down to the ground, spreads on both sides when it encounters the ground, and flows upwards when it encounters the walls on both sides, forming a circulating breeze system inside the glass factory, taking away the hot air on the human body and the glass surface, bringing cool and fresh air, to achieve the effect of natural cooling. Cooling the glass and personnel at the same time can not only improve the work efficiency of employees, but also reduce the cooling time of the glass and increase the output value of the glass factory, killing two birds with one stone.
