China Merchants Group (CMG) is a state-owned backbone enterprise headquartered in Hong Kong. As a pioneer in China's national industry and commerce, CMG was founded in 1872. The merchants cruise base of Merchants Cruise shipbuilding Co.,ltd. ,covers an area of 665,000m² and a construction area of more than 400,000m². The cruise project is not only the construction of a cruise ship, but also a new industrial chain in China, which plays a strong driving role in other industries, technology research and development.

1. Most cruise ships are made of high-end equipment, with the largest number of metal products. The products stored in the factory are easy to be corroded and rusted, and the product cost is high, resulting in economic losses.
2. Haimen is located on the North Bank of the Yangtze River. There is plenty of rain and more water vapor in the air. In summer, the high temperature and humid production environment will not only bring discomfort to employees.

1. The cruise ship manufacturing plant has a huge area. For different workshop occasions, 12 sets of Eagle large fan with the diameter of 24 ft and 12 sets of Leo large industrial ceiling fan with the diameter of 22ft are installed respectively.
2.  During operation, by driving five huge blades to rotate slowly, it will promote the air circulation, effectively drive away the moisture in the air and keep the environment dry while the equipment and products will not be damaged.
3. The analogue level 1-3 natural wind driven by huge fan blades evaporates the sweat accumulated on the human body surface, reduces the effective temperature, dredges pores and heat, and can make employees feel the cooling effect of 37.4-50°F in summer.
