Large Industrial Fans Make up for the Lack of Ventilation in Workshop
Date: 10.15.2017     Author: Vanse
With the continuous increase of people's requirements for the production environment, the concept of workshop ventilation has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. In particular, large industrial fans has made up for the disadvantages of many plants in recent years due to unreasonable natural ventilation design or high cost of other ventilation measures.

At present, natural ventilation is considered in the design of some workshops. The location and area of inlet and exhaust outlets are reasonably arranged to make the outdoor air flow through the living or working areas regularly through adjustable doors, windows and holes. The thermal pressure caused by the temperature difference of the air and the wind pressure caused by outdoor air flow are used to continuously exchange the air from inside and outside of the plant to form natural ventilation. In the natural ventilation design of the plant, the intake and exhaust must be reasonably coordinated. The inlet area shall not be less than the exhaust area, which is an important and effective technical measure to improve natural ventilation.

However, in the actual project design, most of the factory buildings lack careful and reasonable planning, resulting in public and auxiliary facilities and living buildings enclosing the main factory buildings tightly, so that the plant lost valuable positions to open air intake. In the ventilation design of the factory building, however, no serious study was carried out, but only accommodation was made to the present architectural design. The skylight height was passively increased, resulting in insufficiency of the air inlet area, making the natural ventilation of the factory unreasonable. This method not only failed to obtain the proper ventilation effect, but also increased construction investment for the natural ventilation of the skylight.

Moreover, there is a misunderstanding in the design of natural ventilation in the plant that natural ventilation is only related to the hot workshop. Due to the fact that there is no residual heat or only a small amount of residual heat in the cold processing plant, the design and calculation of natural ventilation based on hot-pressing has lost its basis, so the problem of natural ventilation in cold processing plant is seldom concerned. In the indoor thermal environment of some cold-processing plants in the south, the indoor thermal environment quality of most cold-processing plants is very poor , where the summer temperature is higher. Although the waste heat released from the factory is very small, the roof radiation heat and poor ventilation lead to sultry and dirty air. Workers generally have dizziness, dysphoria, Anorexia and other symptoms. The daylighting skylight on the roof of the workshop plays a role in ventilation because some glass window sashes are open, so the indoor thermal environment is much better. Therefore, for cold processing plants in the South and hot summer areas in the north, in addition to the roof insulation layer, good ventilation conditions must be created.

Large industrial fans can well solve the ventilation problems caused by unreasonable plant design. The large industrial fan is fixed on the roof structural beam by clamping. The air flow pushed downward by the variable cross-section streamlined fan blade of Vanse patent flows along the horizontal direction to the ground, and pushes upward to the roof after encountering the side barrier. There is no dead corner circulation. Personnel will feel the three-dimensional air supply from all directions, covering the whole body, so as to maximize the sweat evaporation surface.  A breeze system similar to nature is established to eliminate temperature stratification, and effectively remove humidify and prevent mildew. After years of market response, it has been proved to be a perfect cooling solution for large space.
